Event Details

The third Monday in January is the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. This is a day where Americans are encouraged to provide meaningful service in their community. There will be several opportunities in and around the Texas Tech vicinity. Currently, there is a Habitat for Humanity workday.

No advance registration is required. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive at the times listed above.

Additional Instructions

Volunteers must be 18 years old and willing to do construction. Skilled and unskilled volunteers are welcome, and some volunteers are needed for logistics as well such as serving food, cleaning, etc. Groups are encouraged to sign up and work together.
